Booking Information
A deposit of 25% is payable on making your reservation and the balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival, plus a refundable breakage deposit of
£100
.
Bookings made less than 6weeks before your arrival should be paid in full on reservation.
Changeover day
Bookings will be from Saturday to Saturday normally, but please ask if you prefer another day - it may be possible, especially out of the peak season and for longer lets
Please arrive after 3pm and leave the house by 10am.
